I’ve pulled up the old timber deck and exposed the timber beams. Nails have been removed and sanded down. Needs a coat of paint or in some spots two. Some small touch ups on the render of the house also. I already have the paint.

I’ve pulled down an old feature wall and some outdoor blinds and need some rendering patches completed. There are also some cracks, windowsills and spots that need touching up before we paint. 3 cracks that need patching have occurred on the second story and may require a tall ladder or small scaff. Some caulking may also be required around windowsills.
