Painting my garage floor

I have got the levelling of my home done and as expected it left a few cracks in the walls/ceiling, gaps in the corners that need to be filled up and repainted. The cracks are minor not big. The house was repainted so paint is available.

Need a reliable handyman, air taster to sand some plaster and help repair them for our end of lease clean. May need a lick of cream paint (some in garage hopefully not too old). We don’t have much of a budget so please be kind. We do need help.

I would like to know if you have the availability to paint my one-bedroom apartment in August? I should be able to get the keys to the apartment by 20 August. The apartment's internal size is 48 square metres. This is the scope of what I would like painted: Living room Kitchen Bathroom Laundry Bedroom x 1 Ceiling Doors x 4 I will likely be purchasing the paint myself. Would you be ok with that? Former heating ducts have been plastered and skim coated. We need these patches to be sanded with a sander vac to ensure minimal dust. There are seven heating duct patches. The house has been professionally cleaned so we are after someone who can do this with minimal dust impact. Paint patches once done. Ceiling paint provided.

Paint cabinet in white high gloss paint. Paint provided. Paint the exterior - leaving the interior as is. Painter should bring their own brushes or rollers. Drop sheets are available on site. This is in a home that is very clean so cleanliness is valued. Approximate measurements are 4000mm total length, 2100mm high, depth 540mm (shelves lesser depth).

Need our alfresco decking cleaned and polished/painted. The wooden walkway needs cleaning and painting and a couple of broken wooden panels replaced. Need to hang 2 cupboards to in our garage.
