there is a small wood missing in the first floor od the frame of the house. need to put in the treated wood and paint it also

Small living and attached dining room and small kitchen.. paint ceiling , skirting board and 1 wall.. other walls have windows and doors so very less space to paint.

Single story house. Painting ceiling (whole house comprising four bedrooms, lounge dining, hall and bathroom). Also some interior walls which are a combination of painted brick and plaster board(to be discussed depending on price, but definately the lounge, dining and front hallway). 5 Bedroom, 2 Story Home Internal Repaint. Plus front door, internal doors. Added a few images as reference and floor plan.

I need the roof, architraves and window trim painted (i will provide paint) of our main bathroom. No undercoat required for roof but trims would potentially need primer. Drop sheet must be used as this is a new renovation and I don't want any paint dripping on bathroom fixtures/tiles. Bathroom size is 3.5m by 2.4m.
