It’s an old house, I would expect the buyer to renovate eventually however I would like to remove the bad rot just to tidy it up a bit. I need painters to paint a large red feature wall white. We will supply the paint but the job will require 2 x undercoats and 2 x top coats. The goal is to block out the red paint and not have the colour show through. Dimensions of the various areas are: Alcove: 1.7wide x 2.74 high Stairs: 5.13m x 5.7m <- need to do as triangle 1 x lounge room wall: 5.34m X 3m 1 x void: 2.8 X 6m 1 x lounge room wall: 3.14 x 3m 1 x cupboard : 62cm deep x 1m wide Total surface area: 62.5m square for red wall. Tall scaffolding / ladders will be required to reach the double height void. We also require 2 x small bedrooms painted, walls only (ceilings are freshly painted, and walls are also freshly painted but we want a different colour). Room dimensions are 2.8m x 4.2m. We only need one primer coat and 1-2 topcoats. We are flexible with dates but would prefer to be completed by 2nd July. House is completed empty - no furniture. We can arrange an inspection.
