Hi, I live on Level 2 of a brick building and have accidentally dropped white paint all the way down the side of the building and onto my downstairs neighbour window. I need a service to clean the side of the brick building and the window of my neighbour from white paint. There is not much but it doesn’t wash away with rain. You would need to get all the way up the the second floor window to clean the white paint off the brick wall, then clean the level 1 window and then the brick right underneath the level 1 window (see pics - happy to add some more). I am also happy to provide any cleaning material that is needed from Bunnings however I do not have a ladder.

Scrape off excess putty on columns. Best done manually with a scraper as shown in photos. Tried sanding type disks, which are not really effective and create a whole bunch of dust. Let me know in your offer if you have the tools or you need me to supply the tools 9 columns total. The 6 shown have the most excess putty. The other 3 dont have much excess putty (photo to follow) I will paint the columns with a 50% translucent wash, hence need the patching removed. Patching was place to fill small holes. The column shown in the first photo shows it half done.

- Prep and topcoat paint walls in study, hallway, laundry and kitchen. There are some isolated areas of raw plaster than need sanding and undercoating. - Study approx 3.3 x 3m with 2.3 ceiling. Skirting boards need screw holes patched, have been preprimed and need painting. There are 5 small plaster holes for cable threading that have been plastered and need sanding/ undercoating then topcoat. There room has been extended by approx 0.5m and the plaster needs to be sanded and undercoated before painting. - Hallway approx 1m wide by 4m. There is a strip of new plaster to the powerpoint that needs sanding and undercoat prior to topcoat. - Kitchen approx 3 X 3 x 2.4m high, with cabinetry covering 3 of 4 walls that doesn't need painting. No raw plaster in this room. - Laundry approx 1.8 X 2 X 2.4 high. One wall is cabinetry that doesn't need painting Need to complete by mid week. Undercoat and topcoat paint to be supplied. Wall paint colour Lexicon Quarter matt, semi gloss for skirting and ceiling white (I have this available).
