Cracks in gyprock that need fixing from inside roof and the plastered and planed off from inside. The major crack has been attempted a few times and this is why I have been advised that it needs to be screwed into a wooden plank of some type on the roof side and then plastered from inside the house, also it will need rubbing back and painting- if you do that type of work - you may need to quote separately for paint work.

I have a 3m x 1m dining table which has a raw finish. Moisture seems to be damaging the timber so I would like someone to sand the top smooth and seal? The whole table.
