The suite comprises 20 sqm in area with a ceiling height of 3.9m. There is a window frame facing the street and an internal window facing the corridor. The prep would include removing screws from the masonry walls and patching. I expect the ceiling would require a single coat and the walls, 2 coats. Existing colour is white and new colour would also be a white shade. The suite is located on 2nd floor of a building in King Street, Sydney. Access is by stairs or lift.

In need of a handyman to pop out to a store in Sydney City (QVB BUILDING). Few odd jobs and tidy up, includes; Securely screw back in curtain rod. Remove left over screws from previous display. Patch up holes that are left and do a coat of paint. Paint provided. More possible jobs as found. Ideally this afternoon/early evening before 7pm.
