Clean and paint 2-3 coats on outside of house - two storey using brushes no spray guns. We have done front and a little of the back but need sides and rest of rear done. Some of it will need scaffolding and some just ladders ok. We will supply paint . Eaves need painting. Gutters do not. Two brick pillars at rear of house currently dark grey also need painting to same colour as house . Extra photo added showing side section above garage which isn’t reachable with ladders - would require scaffolding or cherry picker to be supplied by you.

Hi, I need to have my apartment painted pretty urgently. I would like to have the walls, doors, and skirting boards of the following rooms painted: - Main Bedroom (approx 3.9Lx3.6Wx2.5H) - Second Bedroom (approx 2.5Lx3.6Wx2.5H) - Living Room (approx 3.6Lx4.5Wx2.5H) - Kitchen (approx 3.0Lx3.6Wx2.5H - cabinetry etc.) - Small hallway (approx 2.5Lx1.0Wx2.5H) I would like this to be done in white paint, with a pretty durable finish (i.e. Wash & Wear or similar). The place has a tendency to get damp, so some form of mould proof additive mixed into the paint would also be appreciated. There are some holes in the wall that would need to be patched and sanded. The apartment also has steel window frames that were previously painted in water-based paint and are looking a bit worse for wear. I would really appreciate if these could also be stripped back, painted with rust proof primer and white rust proof paint. Once again, the mould additive would be much appreciated. One one of the doors the paint is pealing and needs to be sanded down and repainted in way that doesn’t look like that it just been painted over pealed paint. The other the same thing

Repair the coving and repaint the area. I do not have the coving but it looks fairly standard. I do have the paint for the top coat to match the wall colour.
