Our workplace bathrooms have been vandalised and require repair to walls and paint, repair broken doors, and general repair. Fee is for estimated 2 days work. Paint and any consumables will be paid in addition.

The ceiling was previously painted and has not been sealed properly (apparently). The ceiling is peeling in all rooms and will need to be stripped and repainted please. The total ceiling areas is 49 square metres. Thank you.

The front wall of my house is varnished wood and is peeling. I suspect it needs a light sand and a coat of deck oil. Advice and a quote please.

We have recently removed the skirting tiles and the walls need to be patched (re-sheet, set and sand) at the base. To black walls shown on floor plan to kitchen, living and dining only, approx. 15m. You will need to supply the materials. - Due date: Flexible

Interior wall skirting touch ups, replace rotten wood skirting with wood skirting. Note does not need to be painted but needs to be smooth surface back to original as I will be painting over surface after this job. - Due date: Before Sunday, 5 February 2023

I have a wall where paint has been peeled off

Paint a small bedroom and cover a few small cracks. Future additional work possible

It’s an old paint job that needs to be updated. White on the ceilings skirting window ledges doors . wardrobe doors. Basically ceiling to floor and the bedrooms hallway and stairway. The hallway does have some cupboards but there are no wardrobes in the third bedroom. I have the colours picked out, but it’s now an urgent job as the other person assigned the job was not communicating. We need it today Friday or tomorrow Saturday at the very latest today would’ve been far better but I understand we’re running out of time. No crazy offers please. You need to have all your own supplies in the bedrooms. It’s all carpet so you don’t really need drop sheets there but the hallway and stairs are be keeping the old Carpet for another few months.

Happily outsourcing the Masking up of my master and living/dining room in my unit. They're smallish areas and I can supply Painters tape or if you'd prefer your own, great. The furniture will be removed from the rooms and inside cupboards is already paintr so just need the skirting boards, cornices, door frames and windows taped. Flexible on days, this can be Thursday or Friday
