Need to install 2 ceiling fan in pergola.

I need someone to climb a ladder and reinstall my rectangular shade sail over my pergola. I take it down every winter and put it up in summer. The job takes 30 minutes. It involves sliding the shade sail along a channel in a rod already mounted on one side of the pergola, then doing up existing clips around the other three sides of the shade sail. I have a suitable ladder. No tools are required. Photo shows the folded shade sail sitting on the deck to the right. I can remove the pot plants in the way before you arrive if that's helpful.

I currently have a sail on my pergola. We would like this removed and a new polycarbonate roof to be installed instead. Ideally we would like this to be done either today (Friday) or tomorrow (Saturday). The polycarbonate roof has been delivered. See photos. Thank you

Hello, Seeking some repairs on my Mother's pergola. It's a 11m section. Hoping someone might be able to remove and replace the skirting up the top there with something similar or 42 x 18mm 5.4m Moulding White Pine FJ Primed DAR (Bunnings) or something more "square". Doesn't need painting. Repair/Patch/Fill-In and treat end of the beam which has rotted away. Thanks so much!! Joe
