We need an experienced professional to assist with three installation tasks. First, we require wall panel installation on a 2.7m wide wall using panels that are 3m long. Second, we need decking installed for a concrete area measuring 3.8m by 3.3m. The decking floorboards, which are 3m long, need to be elevated to match the height of the existing flooring. Lastly, we need an aluminum pergola to be assembled and installed. It comes with installation guide. Some materials for the tasks have been purchased, any additional materials required to complete the tasks will be reimbursed. You will need to bring your own tools. Experience in similar projects and a clean, professional finish are essential.

The motor for the pergola louvres is only slightly opening them about 20%. It can close easily but not open. The batteries have been replaced for the remote and it didn’t make a difference. It is about 8 years old

our rental property has a Veranda pergola that was built to shade the Veranda, but it has deteriorated over time and needs to be rebuilt and replaced - this also includes the wooden structure holding up the colour bond panels - budget includes materials and labour and removal of the old materials

Require reinstallation of 3x cafe blinds to verandah. Blinds had to be removed as roof was replaced so extra screws / materials may be required to fit them back into place. I believe it will be a 2 person job and someone who has fitted these in the past would be of great advantage.

My usual guy that I use is unwell at the moment, thus looking for a skilled labourer to pull down and pack neatly into onsite rubbish trailer. It's just a simple standard lightweight post and beam pergola. It's timber with laserlite sheets. Approx 12mt long x 2mt wide. Access is very good, open and clear. - There are three sections (2600 x 1660) on top of the pergola that will be covered by acrylic perspex sheets already cut to size and onsite. - 5 wooden beams (89 x 19mm x 3.0m already purchased and onsite) will need to be cut at an angle and installed on top of pergola (three in each section) to support each perspex sheet so to create the necessary water run-off. - All three perspex sheet will need to be fixed in place by using a clear sealant (already purchased and onsite).

I’ve done them myself like 4 times now and my OCD is kicking in because they’re not straight. I give up! Please redo them for me as they will be up permanently. Pergola is high (3m). I suggest bringing your own ladder is mine is barely tall enough. Picture shows the mess I’ve made (using existing hooks). Really, they need to be taken down, the hooks straightened up and then the lights rehung. I want them along all the lines shown in pink.
