We are seeking a licensed builder to build a timber pergola on top of an existing concrete slab. The roof of the pergola needs to be sloped and will come off the roof of the house, as the concrete slab is attached to the side of the house. The concrete slab will need to have either tiles or a deck laid, whichever is less expensive. The slab will need to be leveled before the tiles/deck is laid as it is on too much of a slope. One step off one side of the concrete slab will also need to be built. Insulation is required in the roof of the pergola and space for the installation of lights will need to be accounted for when building the ceiling. Quotations sought.
