Replace 4 posts and 2 support beams for an existing colorbond pergola. The beams are approximately 3.2m long. The replacement posts and beams are to be of a similar material, shape and profile as the existing posts and beams. The colour of the posts and beams is to match the guttering in the attached photos. Two downpipes will also need to be painted in a similar colour.

1. Concrete around house approx. 5x2.4m and 4x1.2m 2. Concrete (level and retain) off rear of pool area as pad for spa approx. 2.5x2.5m 3. Pergola over spa and adjoining area approx. 5x2.5m 4. Decking or tiling under pergola area (and around spa)

Section one 3m by 3m by 3m pergola . Section two 3m by 3 m pergola. Timbers and bolts for base plated supplied. 4 holes by M16 bolts are needed to connect base plate to post. Job 1: I have a pergola on the ground floor that I want to have covered with a laser light type material, and also have it extended to the side wall of the property. The roof will need to be water tight where is edges on the house and the side wall and a slight incline for water run off. Job 2: The first level balcony has a small section of roof that is also open pergola that I want to have covered. It is a narrow strip of about 50cm wide running the length of the balcony to have covered. Probably in the same material but happy to get your thoughts on options. Remove pergola roof sheeting,8 sheets,new,we’ve decided to have an open roof. Bolts on roof arnt rusted.Id the job but dont have the ladder. You must bring a long ladder and own battery drill and tools.I can help assist with the lowering of the sheets.Sheets are 2mtr x 1mtr, and very light. Needing 2x shade cloth pergolas/shelters built down each side of our house, to provide shade for animals. Require pergolas to run from eaves to side fences, similar to picture below. One side approx 4m long and other side around 5m long.

A few timbers will need to be either replaced or resitted for a pergola. Please provide me with a hourly cost.
