Assemble a 4X3 Mimossa semi permanent pergola purchased from Bunnings

Supply and Build a 3 x 3 mtr pergola add on to an existing pergola. Only 2 posts required bolted onto a deck with corrugated sheets for roof. Roughl 2.8 mths high.

We need an experienced professional to assist with three installation tasks. First, we require wall panel installation on a 2.7m wide wall using panels that are 3m long. Second, we need decking installed for a concrete area measuring 3.8m by 3.3m. The decking floorboards, which are 3m long, need to be elevated to match the height of the existing flooring. Lastly, we need an aluminum pergola to be assembled and installed. It comes with installation guide. Some materials for the tasks have been purchased, any additional materials required to complete the tasks will be reimbursed. You will need to bring your own tools. Experience in similar projects and a clean, professional finish are essential.

I’m looking to have a colour bond roof put on a pergola. The pergola is already up and it’s relatively easy access. It is 5.3m by 4.4m. The roof needs a small opening for a small chimney to go through. Replacement of existing pergola post with new post and paint (grey/white accents). During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). It's just a simple standard lightweight post and beam pergola. It's timber with laserlite sheets. Approx 12mt long x 2mt wide. Access is very good, open and clear. Need to have the roof structure (not the roof itself) painted. Only the white ones need to be repainted with another coat of white paint. Update : The highest point - the centre beam is about 5m (or slightly less) high from the inside area and higher from the outside.
