Patching areas where skirting boards were removed (some glue damage to walls). 2. Plastering around the frame of a new door and a newly added powerpoint. 3. Prepping and painting to match the new kitchen (kitchen/living, small hallway, 2 small wet areas, and 1 bedroom). Some prep work is needed before painting. Looking for a quality finish. Install gyprock sheets on top of two existing partition walls, to extend up to the ceiling The aim is to be able to create more acoustic noise dampening between different meeting rooms in our office, as the current design has gyprock internal dividing walls, however there are openings between trusses and above the internal dividing walls The project requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the gyprock is securely and aesthetically fitted on both sides of the opening. Open to options for installation / design, prefer that it is done with minimal damage to the truss or existing walls. Scope: - Supply materials - Install sheeting to fit the voids of steel roof trusses accurately, and on top of the existing walls. I'm looking for a carpenter/handyman to help us fix/sand/match varnish on our interior staircase. For context, we have a 30yo wooden staircase across 3 levels in our Inner West terrace house. The previous owners decided to stick plywood and tin tiles across all the balustrades. We've hired a glass company to remove all of it and replace it with custom glass panels. However, between the balustrade removal and installation of glass, we need a carpenter to come fix the strings so the top of the strings (where the glue was) gets fixed, sanded, and varnished (the varnish should match the rest of the stairs). If you have the skills, we're also looking for someone to remove some skirting boards and replaster a small area. Our timeline is 1st or 2nd week of March. It's quite a small job, but we're hoping to work with a trusted carpenter to achieve the best results. - Due date: Flexible
