There are also holes in the walls from removed nails, holes still containing plastic anchors & remaining nails requiring removal. Need the cracks repaired, anchors/nails removed & holes patched. You will need to provide both labour and materials. Initial engagement is for a half day (4 hours), with further work to be negotiated.
