Plastering and laying floor boards and hanging new doors

I need some of my wall plastered around the fireplace by a qualified plasterer

Sunroom to be plastered and painted. Wallpaper or paint on roof. Measurements 4.8 by 3.8m. Location Bacchus Marsh. Final cost can be finalised later.

Need this hole patched up, I do still have the pieces which were cut out. See attached pic Needs to include sanding with only painting left to do 800 wide 1250 high

One large painting weighing over 10kg would like mounted with proper screws as not sure if there are studs there. Also have large mirror weight is about ten kgs also same method not sure if stud there. Might want to use self expanding in wall screws. Plus have smaller antique mirror weight is about 10 kilos also want this done properly with special screw so will never fall

I had 2x floating shelves and need these holes patched up. -screws removed -wholes patched -sanded -touch up paint with 'builders White' paint.

2 holes in a wall that need to be filled / plastered. Pics taken have measurements for reference 1 small patch approx 3x3cm where a piece of paint has ripped off. No sanding back once dry required as I’m happy to do this prior to painting

Plaster repair job lookin for someone to do the job - Due date: Before Saturday, 1 July 2023

Looking for someone to fill minor cracking in cornice and walls and sand. No painting required. Also tidy up cornice edges. See photos. With the walls need to use mesh tape / joint tape to help prevent it re-occuring. Need someone willing to do the job but also the right advice so it may not happen again (that may also be impossible though)

Install plaster walls in bathroom. Seal wet areas in shower, behind bath and vanity.

We have taken down a dividing wall and need plaster repair to ceiling and two walls. I have pieces of cornice salvaged that can be used to fix cornice as well as sheeting to fix hole in ceiling. Not entirely sure what the cost to repair is but have been told around $500 is fair, can discuss. Needs to be done in next couple days. Photos attached.
