I think we have a crack in roof tiles which has led to a water damage on the kitchen ceiling above cupboards. Need to cut out old celing patch that has moulded and then replaster the ceiling probably 1m x 1m see photos

1) replaster and tile approx 2m2 wall tiles (tiles will be provided) 2) replace and grout 2x floor tiles (tiles will be provided) 3) install a glass bath screen - we will purchase this separately 4) remove old toilet 5) install new toilet - we will purchase separately

Hello, we had a new electric ducted heating/ cooling system installed in our house, but it means that the previous gas heating ducts are now not needed. There are 8 vents in total that need to be cut out and replastered over - ready for painting.

We have water damage to our plasterboard ceiling in our kitchen that is getting worse. The kitchen is directly below our upstairs balcony so there must be a leak there somewhere. We would like someone to come and check it out and determine where the leak is coming from and hopefully resolve at the source. Payment is for initial call out with further costs to be discussed.

I have 7 different places that need to be patched up and painted, after an Electrician cut them to add two ethernet points in my house.

In wall unit has been removed. External hole needs to be bricked. Internal hole needs noggins installed and to be plastered shut. Air-conditioning unit has already been removed from the wall. I have bricks to suit.

Supply plaster and fix damage to manhole in ceiling - sand and re-paint with paint supplied by us. Unfortunately a sparky stepped on the supporting beam whilst up in the roof and it moved. The wooden beam is not loose but will need to be aligned and manhole just needs to be repaired. Will require a receipt to pass on the the electrician who caused the damage.

Walls are dead straight. Includes internal angles for square set ceiling at 2.7m. Price is for an hourly rate but can discuss. All materials will be on site. Can also discuss stopping the plaster sheets if you’re interested.
