We have water damage to our plasterboard ceiling in our kitchen that is getting worse. The kitchen is directly below our upstairs balcony so there must be a leak there somewhere. Cornice has fallen off ceiling as pictured. Clean break from corner, other side has cornice damage. Need it reapplied to ceiling + the side that has been broken to be repaired with plaster to make it look presentable.
