My partner and I are in the process of assessing renovation costs to a home we are eager to purchase. There are some minor cracks and one major that need to be patched, then the whole house needs to be painted: ceilings, walls, skirting boards etc. We have a building inspector attending Monday at 1.30PM to check the property over. Would love an opinion on what made the kitchen area orange (hopefully not water damage). Need some quotes and anyone offering a good price with a good history is welcome to attend at the same time as the building inspector to give us a more accurate quote. Please ignore the price as I have no idea what a whole house costs to paint.
