Due to water damage a small portion of the ceiling (50cm X 30 cm) and cornice (30 cm X 8 cm) was cut to fix the plumbing issue and needs to be plastered. Additionally, there is water damage around the hole which needs to be repaired if possible or the whole area including the hole (approx 150cmX100cm) will need to be cut and replastered. Ceiling needs to be painted post plastering along 3 more patches in the ceiling that needs to be painted. First two images are of the plastering area and remaining are of the areas to be painted.
