Need to patch up a heater vent hole in the ceiling.

Plaster fix and water proofing fix (for build at lock up stage). Cut outs to be made by a plumber to make some plumbing changes in about 6 locations (not yet done, but separate from this). Plaster to be fixed in these areas. Minor water proofing impacts to be redone, and certificate provided.

We installed kitchen in Garage. While roughing in electrical and plumbing we need to rip some plaster.

End of lease inspection Need help to fix chipped garage door at the bottom and also chipped in the plaster wall (very tiny)

3m X 12m deck to be cleaned, sanded if necessary and oiled with Cabot's aquadeck or similar. One or two coats, as long as it looks ok. Several plaster/drywall wall patches to be made and paint touchups to match as accurately as you're able. Alfresco area ceiling to be sanded/patched and painted. Cornice as per pics to be repaired and painted over. Several internal doors to be touched up where child locks were fitted. Basically, we're selling the house and want to touch up these few things and whatever else you find while here. I have included pictures of everything. - Due date: Before Friday, 27 October 2023
