About the Job 2–3 coats as needed on all internal surfaces: • Small 3-bedroom home • Walls, ceilings, windows and sliding doors, skirting boards, doors, trims, and laundry • Bathroom ceilings only (no walls) • Front door painted inside and outside • No wardrobes need painting (they are going) • No furniture in the house – completely empty and easy to paint • Plasterers have just finished, so walls are in excellent condition with only minor filling required • New skirting boards and architraves throughout – will need nail holes filled before painting • Skirting boards and architraves in the sunroom, kitchen, dining, and bathrooms to be completed a week later, once new flooring has been installed • Carpets have been removed (no need to worry about spills), and new flooring will go in after painting • Please leave the site tidy on completion Paint to be supplied by you (the painters). We are at the end of our lease and need to patch up these holes where TV’s were mounted and a few picture frames were and re paint (blended in with the old paint). All very small holes except one where the plaster broke which measures roughly 800x300 (refer to photos) I will also take a sample of the paint to Bunnings before the weekend to get the exact colour and I’ll supply the paint.
