To hang a 55 inch TV on a plaster wall. It is in an apartment. And I think the studs are metal. The electrical and antenna connections are there. As per photo. I have the Vesa wall bracket.

Patch 3-4 square holes, patch some picture hook holes and plaster damage

Mount a Small TV on the wall

Water damage to ceiling in 6 places. Most of it mild and probably just needs stain blocking and painting. One spot might need replastering (last pic). Already have left over ceiling paint.

In wall unit has been removed. External hole needs to be bricked. Internal hole needs noggins installed and to be plastered shut. Air-conditioning unit has already been removed from the wall. I have bricks to suit.

I have a shallow exposed brick and metal frame cavity in my living room where an old defunct gas heater was removed. I would like this to be plastered in an arched niche fashion (similar to this: https://centsationalstyle.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/bathroom-arched-niche-768x974.jpg ). The cavity is floor to ceiling (approx 2.4m height and 47cm wide) but the top part just needs to be sealed up and the cornice replaced. No painting is required. I need someone to replace a swing door and add in a cavity slider in its place.Its a bathroom door between master & Ensuite. Existing door is quite high (2500mmH) so wall would need framing and sheeting/plaster/insulated as needed to where there is a height difference between the old door and the new cavity slider. We are having the ensuite cosmetically updated so we need this work done before the tiler starts. I can purchase all items needed at bunnings and have it delivered if you give me the correct door I need to purchase. Any rubbish can be kept on site until the skip comes when the tiler comes so no need for removal of door or demo work. - Due date: Before Sunday, 20 August 2023
