Around 6 walls with light to moderate cracks need plastering and sanding for presentation, cleaned up afterwards

Two ceiling fix ups: 1 - Scrape back / Fill / Repaint water damaged area (leak has been fixed and area is dry). Area is ~250 x 300 2 - Fill hole on ceiling left by old extractor fan (~250mm wide) and paint I will supply any paint needed.

Source and install approximately five picture hooks to go in gypsum/lime plaster walls in a mid-century Home in Flemington. We need something sufficient for a couple of large prints that would weigh between 3 and 5kg, plus a few smaller prints. Day and time negotiable. We have a 65inch tv to be mounted to our living room wall. Mount is purchased. We believe the wall is lath and plaster and curious if the tv can still be mounted and even better internal cable management can be done.
