A long fence on a laneway needs minor repair. It has come off its anchor at one end. That connection needs to be re-made and another one installed elsewhere.

Fit and hang 3 indoor doors so they swing open in the opposite direction to how they currently open. Hinges need to be mortised and doors planed if necessary. No wood fillering or door handle hardware changes required.

We need a shower renovation specialist to recaulk the shower recess and while this is being done to clean and regrout where necessary. This may require the screen to be removed and refitted to ensure the seal is watertight.

I have a screen / barrier door that I bought from Bunnings that installed on my house. The door frame is metal and it will require a new sticker plate to be fitted. There is a pre-existing hole, but it not at the right hight for the lock on the door. The is adjustable it can fitted on the opposite side.

Blum push-type drawer closing mechanism has broken and needs replacement. Blum has supplied the full set of replacement parts (under warranty) to do it. I need someone who has assembled Blum drawers before to do this for me. Not sure how long it will take so I’ve had a guess at a price based on it taking about 2-3 hours.
