Small hole in wall just needs plastering

Need someone to install a utilities access panel in drywall. Existing hole in wall needs to be expanded a little bit before installing access panel flush within wall with no gaps and then painted to blend into drywall. Access panel provided. Please bring all tools/materials to complete installation. Current hole measures 700*380 with access panel installation dimensions 780*400.

Patch fallen plaster from bottom of side door. The door frame at the bottom may need to be glued to help stop the movement which maybe causing the plaster to crack and fall off.

I am looking for a quote and availability to fix a lath and plaster ceiling and install cornices + smooth off /plaster thick textured wall. The room is a bedroom which contains a bed and some heavy furniture. We are able to move the light stuff and put drop sheets on the furniture that is difficult to take out. The roof wallpaper will be taken off by me The room measures 310 x 320cm with a ceiling height of 300cm current damaged area - approx 120cm x 120cm [photos 4404-4408] new cornices installed - do I order them or do you? I can collect if you have a trade discount somewhere [4429 & 4430] There is currently the windowed wall which has a textured, possibly thick cardboard, which I would like removed and the wall made good you remove all rubbish and clean up no painting required - that would be us (me)

I need a hole in a plaster wall to be repaired and then painted over. I supply the paint, you provide everything else. Must be experienced. Need the job to be done perfectly so it isn’t noticeable. Anything else is not acceptable. Need the job done as quickly as possible.

We don’t have a backet but can get one from Bunnings, our tv is 65 inch and the wall is lath and plaster

We took a panel heater out and need the hole patched up. Approx 850 x 500. Invoice required. Location Hawthorn - Due date: Flexible

Add small door in plaster wall into attic roof space. See photo (yellow line where roof is roughly) (red line estimated doors to go) -Go in attic and check existing wall where we can put the door/s. (There’s access into there from same room but on other side) - cut plaster and add any Timbers needed for door frame. -Add two doors, small height opening from the middle if possible. If not then just one door opening to the RHS. - Add square timber detail on doors like rest of house. (See photo) - Add architrave around doors same as rest of house. (See photo) - add gold nobs (supplied by me) *Painting not needed. I can do that. - Due date: Before Sunday, 7 January 2024
