There is a hole (about A4 sized) in the ceiling of my granny flat where power was fed to the wardrobe. The cords will be removed and electricity turned off prior to commencement. I do not need the ceiling painted, just patched and sanded. I have put a budget of $5 but, of course, I expect it to cost a bit more!

My office entry door has a timber wall already, but I need a plaster wall to be installed and place company logo onto it. Note: you need to have work compensation and public liability insurance as office building requires.

A house mate had a tv bracket on a wall that he plaster/patched up terribly then painted it the wrong colour. I need the holes patched up flush and the wall painted the correct colour please.

We have had two wardrobes removed. Behind the robes there was no plaster just old mortar. This needs to be ripped out and plasterboard replaced, and blended with the new plasterboard to the side. We also need new skirting board replaced along the length of the robes. Back wall length 220mm long and 270mm high, side wall 60mm. Please note it is TWO spaces. We need it done prior to 7/2 when we are having new carpet installed.

Due to some water damage, part of the ceiling is discoloured so the ceiling of 1 room needs to be repainted (3.4 x 3.0 metres).
