fix saggy pantry shelf, fix sagging curtain rails x3 (plaster is loose at bracket fixing point) & curtains drag on floor, fix bedroom door so cat can't push it open from hallway, fix hole in alfresco ceiling-which needs corrugated sheets on roof adjusted-not enough fall allowed for rain-water leaked through to plaster, raise tap height in front yard (post it is attached to is too low), and on back wall of house (again attached too low), adjust and tighten hinges on kitchen cabinets - need it to be done on a Saturday please-am okay with early starts-price negotiable

Need an experienced handy man to do plaster patch ups around the house 7 Year old property has few plaster cracks and patch up work. Paint the patch up work 1 days work at least.I can supply the material. Alfresco is 6.4x3.2 Pics are only to get an idea of work involved.

Plastering - putting up cornice in 3x3 alfresco as old one is falling down, has a slight internal return . Will also need to paint cornice once it’s up. I will be able to assist and hold the other end if need be. Should be roughly 4 hours work max , so half a day. 8am start time this Sunday. Must have own tools- planks or ladders and plastering tools . I will supply the paint and cornice . Must have own tools ie .. planks ladders , plastering gear .

1. Bathroom Door Adjustment: The door is hard to close. Please plane the top of the door and adjust it so it closes easily. 2. Bathroom Plaster Repairs: There are plaster cracks above the Bathroom door on both sides (Inside and Out) outside crack is tiny. Patch and paint the area, matching the paint colour to Dulux Natural White. 3. Toilets (Two)Plaster Repair: The toilet roll holders have come off in two toilets. Patch and paint the areas, matching the paint colour to Dulux Natural White.

There’s a small hole in the plaster wall, it came from the knob on the doo when the door was opened really hard against the wall. It’s around 5cm in diameter Need to patch it up so it’s not visible and need to match the color of the wall so it does at appear the section was patched up. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 7 February 2024
