Also there's 2 small places where plaster needs to be patched - see photos. I'm wanting this ceiling and the cornices painted. I can provide undercoat and paint. Exhaust flue needs to be removed and hole where flue was, plastered over. We had a split system installed and the old gas heater removed, but the flue was not taken. The flue should be easily removed by someone that knows how to do it and the wall around the flue, plastered over and painted with paint that we will supply.
