Need a number of holes on roof and wall patched. Dont have the cutouts in most - those that do have cutouts are already fitted back. There is also a section if the cornice which needs to be repaired.

We have a 19m W x 0.5m H block retaining wall in our back yard to render and a few holes in plaster walls indoor to repair . Will post photos later.

Require all standard cornices removed in laundry and patched up for square finish so new cabinets can go in. No cabinets in the way Cabinet wall is 2.7m

Remove old Air-Conditioner and frame, replace with 15 bricks (already here) and mortar to match on outside and repair plaster on inside to paintable stage.
