Small hole created in the wall by accident needs to be fixed. Hole is approximately 8cm x 8cm just above skirting board. Only plaster is damaged. Need it patched, smoothed and painted over. Paint can be close but does not have to match exactly.

Single wall 4.5mx3.0m needs new 10mm layer of plaster board over the top of old wallpaper (which is too difficult to remove). Tasks: pop off the skirting (and put back on at end), accept that we may need to leave the Cornice in place, unless this can be achieved cost effectively. Minor Hard plaster repairs needed before we install a new IKEA Joinery unit into a nook. Space is 1350mm wide and 450mm deep.
