Hole has been cut in the roof, need a manhole installed and plaster around the hole also repaired.

This is not a cleaning task. This requires a ceiling replacement for a bedroom 3.5m x 3.5m standard ceiling height. Then a repainting of white coat. I am an electrician so will assist in disconnection and reconnection of light if entire ceiling replacement is necessary.
