My husband and I want our house to be plastered and painted throughout to get it ready to put on the market. We are ifeally looking at getting this done as cheap as possible. If this means doing a single coat of paint in areas, then so be it. There are quite a few settlement cracks throughout the home that require plastering + a couple small holes in the wall & ceiling that were caused by previous home owners. We also have 3 old water stain marks on the ceiling caused by an old leak that occurrd several years ago. House consists of: 3 bedrooms 1 Loungeroom 1 Dining room 1 Small kitchen 1 Semi-detached laundry 1 Hallway We require walls, ceilings, skirting boards, window sills, doors and door frames to be painted. We don't have have a proper floor plan. I have attached one my husband created though. We understand if you would prefer to schedule a day to view our place in person to get a better idea of the work required before quoting us. We are currently obtaining quotes for the job. Painting must take place before 23rd March as we want it ready to put on the market. Ideally we just want the place to look good enough for market and are looking for the most cost effective options. We are happy for you to use any brand of paint. The colour just needs to be uniform throughout the home & be neutral eg. Light grey, Beige, White etc Airtasker must supply paint and equipment to get the task done. Our house will be pretty much empty.
