Single story house, require the following: - Put new wiring for outdoor lights. - Check if existing wiring have electricity - Fix a leaking PVC pipe connection. - Install outdoor lights. This should be fairly straight forward.

Our present LPG regulator attached to our 2x 45kg LPG tanks is leaking and needs replacement. Just need the part and someone to come and replace it. It may just be a valve, but what happens at the moment, is if the gas is turned on, gas leaks out the bottom hole in the regulator. Thanks, Tony
