Velux skylight has been installed and needs plastering in.

We have 3 internal shop walls that need replastering. They're in a sad, patchy state. Some of just the paper has come off (plasterboard paper) and some has pulled back to the brick. I can upload images when I'm next there. 2 x approx 5m wide by 270cm high each (a wooden feature comes up 1/2 way on one wall so one wall is only 180cm high) 1 x back wall 4m wide x 270cm high

Square off arches, reattach a section of cornice in different rm. Plastering to com job.

Plaster repair needed for ceiling approximate dimensions 1m x 0.5m - Due date: Flexible

Need plastering a wall to close up a gap between two rooms where a shelf exists. Just the back of the shelf where the streamers hung at the moment. - Due date: Flexible

Need a fix of a prior 'wet' patch of a ceiling which crumbled after having water damage years ago in this one spot. The area around the hole it is stable but probably needs to be cut out to a bigger hole of between 50 to 60cm then patched back in so we can close the ceiling hole. Ceiling Height is 3.7metres. However we have one extender ladder (shown)plus one very tradie-safe ladder with a yellow platform stand on it (as used on many sites) in a good height to reach the ceiling safely Happy to do it myself but prefer to get a reasonable quote and someone who can do it quickly. Timber base underneath dryer needs to be sawed in half and removed, and architrave (supplied) needs to be attached around doorway. Small crack in plaster then needs to be patched. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 12 April 2023

The roof had a leak about a year ago and caused a hole in the plaster around the size of two dinner plates. We have screwed a piece of board over it for now. We would like that patched and sanded back ready for painting. - Due date: Flexible
