I am having an AC unit condensation line fixed which has snapped within the walls of 2 apartment blocks. As part of the repair the plasterboard will need to be cut into all the way to replace the condensation line. I would like a quote on having new plasterboard fitted. Require both supply of plasterboard & labour. This would be for 2 walls (one in each apartment) as both walls need to be cut.

Water damage to wall and cornice needs repair

Patch 2 holes to a rendered wall, where faulty hooks were adhered. The hooks pealed off with the render leaving 2 holes 10x10cm each. These were attempted to be patched but are not satisfactory leve. Paint can be provided.

Plaster and painting behind a new air conditioner unit that was installed recently that is smaller than the outgoing unit resulting in visible gaps in the wall behind the new one (see attached images for reference). I do not have the paint available, but see attached images for the paint that has been used on the interior that should be matched.

Penetrate plasterboard wall with circular opening on internal side of house. Penetrate cladding wall with oblong circle opening on external side of house. Install portable air conditioner ducting pipework within wall. See attached photo of desired outcome. Airtasker to supply and install pipe ducting similar to photo provided. Seal all wall and ducting pipe interfaces/gaps. Refer to marked up photos of indicative locations of wall penetrations.

Need to mount a wood and mirrored over mantle piece above a marble fireplace in an old Victorian house. Will need plaster/brick screws and maybe brackets? I’m not sure. There are two holes for screws at the top.

Need to replaster one area of the roof.

I had to cut a hole in the plaster to run a conduit up the wall. I need that repaired and painted. I also have a couple of old powerpoint holes that need patching. Apologies - I only have one photo. I'm at work and can send more tonight. You can see the channel under the TV that is maybe 1m high, and three points on the wall on the left.

Plasterboard behind the PowerPoint has been damaged and needs repairing

I've had a ceiling fan installed and there's a 15cm x 20cm hole in my ceiling next to the fan installation. I'll do the sanding/priming/painting once the patch work has dried.

I have a Mercator FC1108133WH ceiling fan that I'd like installed in place of an existing ceiling light. There is a challenge - the ceiling is plasterboard. Above the room is the roof of the building I live in. I don't know if it would be necessary or help, but tradies use my balcony to access to roof occasionally with a step ladder. I'm hoping there might be a method to brace/reinforce the mounting of the fan to the plasterboard with some kind of attachment to the roof above the plaster board, or by a brace connecting to the structure holding the plaster board in place. I need the work signed off/safety certificate.
