Need to repair wall & paint

Approx 12x12cm ceiling hole (where a down light once sat) needs to be patched and sanded ready for painting.

I had to cut a hole in the plaster to run a conduit up the wall. I need that repaired and painted. I also have a couple of old powerpoint holes that need patching. Apologies - I only have one photo. I'm at work and can send more tonight. You can see the channel under the TV that is maybe 1m high, and three points on the wall on the left.

Plasterboard behind the PowerPoint has been damaged and needs repairing

I've had a ceiling fan installed and there's a 15cm x 20cm hole in my ceiling next to the fan installation. I'll do the sanding/priming/painting once the patch work has dried.

I have a Mercator FC1108133WH ceiling fan that I'd like installed in place of an existing ceiling light. There is a challenge - the ceiling is plasterboard. Above the room is the roof of the building I live in. I don't know if it would be necessary or help, but tradies use my balcony to access to roof occasionally with a step ladder. I'm hoping there might be a method to brace/reinforce the mounting of the fan to the plasterboard with some kind of attachment to the roof above the plaster board, or by a brace connecting to the structure holding the plaster board in place. I need the work signed off/safety certificate.

Someone fell over at the bottom of the stairs and put a hole in the wall. As shown in the photos the hole is 28cm x 29cm ish. The place was recently painted so I have left over paint from then so please include the price to touch up. Thanks

Plaster has been damaged by moisture in the past. It is now dry. Plaster repair and sealing only. No painting required.

We are in need of an experienced carpenter to undertake structural carpentry work for a laundry renovation project. Scope of Work: Structural carpentry to create a framework ( similar to photo below) for the laundry area approximately 2m*2,1/2m, including installation of plasterboard to cover the framework and create a finished surface.
