Plaster a large hole in my wall and paint

plaster on one wall isn’t straight, would like to see if this can be repaired / cut and straightened out and there’s a small niche that needs plastering in the living area

Our roof leaked which lead to mold, we removed the affected areas of plaster, there are still mold residue but the roof has since been patched, looking for a reasonable quota so we could get back to using the room

Need to fix a corner cornice and replaster the area. I also have 2 cracks in existing plaster to repair. No painting needed on either of the jobs, just ready for paint.
