I have several jobs to be done ranging from plastering to landscaping. Plaster Work: I need a professional plasterer to repair the following: The cornice in the garage is falling away from the ceiling due to the glue failing. Minor crack in ceiling next to kitchen. Minor separation in wall joint to bulkhead in hallway. External Cladding: I need a professional render specialist to assess and rectify rusting through render. Moisture damage to skirting board: The skirting board has deteriorated and requires replacing. Adding a seal to the external garage door. Landscaping: Looking for a professional landscaper to concrete paths around the exterior of the building. I unfortunately do not have nor know measurements for the landscaping. Others: Tighten the toilet roll holder as it is loose Adjusting the laundry door Paint the real doorstep of garage I am open to negotiating price.

I am hanging plaster ready for the installation of new joinery in my home office and required a plasterer to stop up the already hung plaster. In the photos attached, you can see the size of the wall, which will be plastered about half way up.
