We are renovating our garage/studio room, which measures 6m long x 2.8m wide. Included in this is installing a new sliding door, which is going in this week, measures 4.5m long (outlined by the purple masking tape in photo). Looking for a qualified plasterer to: - square set between walls and ceiling (where I have removed the cornice) - square set around the man hole - after new door goes in, we need to square set around the door frame (as there will be no architraves) Please also allow for some minor touch ups here and there. Ideally want someone available for Monday 13th January (after the door goes in).

I am removing the coving/moulding from our studio, room measures 6m x 2.8m. Once removed, looking for a qualified plaster to skim plaster where the original coving/moulding was - around the full area of 6m x 2.8m room. I am yet to fully remove the coving, but please see photos for reference. I will have it fully removed and washed ready for plastering. No need for painting. Any questions let me know.

Hi, seeking a quote I am looking for a registered builder who can build a plastered and insulated wall for a sunroom (over outside deck). The planning permit process will commence shortly so will need your input regarding the suggested materials to build and cover the wall externally. The sunroom structure will be built with steel and fitted with polycarbonate clear roof and sliding doors. On one side of the sunroom, I'm looking to plaster and insulate a wall. Will take advice on how the wall will be covered externally (colourbond, cement etc). I'm also looking at getting your help to cut an outline for a plumber to insert a fireplace. I'm still looking for a plumber so this is tbc. I'll likely decide a fireplace and get you to work with plumber to work out how to allow space for a direct vent to be fitted through the wall. Haven't decided the type of fireplace yet so still early stages. Check the photos of the builder's previous job (same supporting and roof structure) and an internet photo of a sunroom with a wall that I'm hoping you can build to make the room feel like an indoor room.
