I need a small section (about 200cm x 70cm) of plaster repaired on a brick wall. The small opening at the bottom on the first photo can stay. Just need the rest of the area ready to paint.

Need someone to Gyprock over two small rectangular vents to cover the hole

Small (1cm - 2cm diameter) hole in plaster that needs repair prior to leaving a rental property.

We need to repair this hole in the ceiling. We don't need to paint it yet, we'll be painting the entire room next year.

One quarter of that room needs painting. At the entry to the house there is some dampness and mould visible on the exterior wall at the entry. This needs to be made nice . Cornice supplied by us. 7. Replace skirting board to approx 2100mm of wall. Cornice to be matched to existing and supplied by you.
