Tasks include general painting, patching, sanding sandstone, some lock handle work, grout repair fill, silicon etc As an idea of the type of work - Hallway floors sanding with diamond grinder - Screw in lock cover + handle not turning + patch paint around it - quick fix restore sanstone lion in hallway (pressure/chemical clean) - patch ceiling small holes + staining from water leak ceiling front door sag - touch up some scuff marks timber framing around the place - clean stain on tile - patch two cracks stair case with spakfilla - fill in missing grout in some tiles + silicon edges in bathroom tiles - install drip irrigation 7m small hedge in balcony - replace two basins - replace approx 10 broken downlights - fix /screen in loose light bulb in wall in bedroom - screw in loose toilet roll holder - patch two screw holes on wall - Clean dust off fan - Connect 2 smoke alarms (just plug in I already have them) - loose tap kitchen - 1 quick coat paint pavers ourside flat 1 - change lock to from thumb turn to key style in rumpus - fix / screw in handle sticking out - install one lock barrel - some light cleaning at end I have most materials and whatever we don't have we can do an initial Bunnings trip as we need. I will cover cost of all materials. I estimate it's 3 days work but please allow 4 just in case. Basically whatever we can get done above in this time frame. Thanks

1. Attach IKEA Songe mirror 91cm x 130 cm to wall 2. Unassemble PAX Mehman sliding door panels and replace with Auli (mirrored) panels. 1 door only. 3. Unattach newly installed PAX wardrobe (2 x 500 x 54 x 201), remove architraves and cut to size, cut hole for power points, reattach to wall. 4. Unattach 2 x IKEA Gneby (installed together) book cases from wall, remove architrave and reattach bookcases.

The task involves assessing and repairing a Bosch dishwasher issue where the upper spinner has fallen off. Upon inspection, it appears that a component “may” be missing, such as the top spray arm and/or arm cover, or possibly just the wheel. Need assistance in identifying the missing part(if at all), must restore functionality to the upper spinner. I am a tenant and don't have model details

Plug wall thats used to hang clothes that has come off because there were too many on. Simple job just needs 6 holes . Two are solid because I did them myself but don’t have the tools at home to do the other two that haven’t been properly as a previous Airtasker has not gone into the stud. It should take 20-30 minutes with a drill & 4 screws (stud finder might help but can hear where the stud is when I tap across it. Remove one internal door. Hang new door. You will need to buy the new door yourself from bunnings and it will most likely need to be shaved to fit. Re-use door handles and lock / latch from old door. Will need an oil undercoat and 2 topcoats. You must supply the undercoat but the top coat is already there (supplied).
