We have two toilets that are working fine, but are old and discoloured and we would like them replaced with new cisterns. • advise which cisterns are appropriate for us to purchase • install two cisterns • remove and dispose old cisterns

Toilet leaking in downstairs bathroom, needs to be fixed. Rim on bath handle fallen off (photo attached), needs to be fixed. Plug sourced for bathroom sink (photo attached).

Its an old house. The tap is probably faulty. Attached is a water timer for pot plants. Not essential. Could do the job myself but the vibration which started recently bothers me.

Garden watering system leaking.

We have an obsolete Caroma toilet with parts no longer able to be replaced and a very temporary fix to the push button as a result. We want a short term (2-3 year) fix before we are in the position to do the whole bathroom. What we hope could be done: 1) Removal of the old toilet 2) Replacement of the toilet with a new, basic white ceramic model (which can either be included in the quote for ease, or we can source if told what style may work) 3) Disposal of old toilet HOPEFULLY minimal disruption to existing tiles as we will refloor when we do the whole bathroom renovation down the track (as in remaining in tact - you'll note from the photos we are currently removing old paint etc. anyway as the floor had an epoxy coating - they are not in good condition so surface damage is fine, more worried about substantial cracks/breakage). Note, our 'Budget' is WITHOUT toilet cost, so feel free to include quote/with or without and specify.
