Have mains water leak. Leak was detected and I have dug out and made accessible. Needs less than 1m of 25mm poly, joiner and elbow. Very easy job, would have done it myself but we need certified plumber to do so we can be reimbursed on water bill

A water tape is leaking in the bathroom. I am after someone who can fix it to prevent leaking for now. If we need replacement then we will discuss further scope.

Council came today and the leak is on the property side. I tried to fix myself but still leaking. Can't see fault with fixtures so may just need to be disabled, reassembled and tightened.
