Shower won't stop dripping. Have replaced valves and washers but still won't stop.

Shower is dripping, have replaced all washers but still dripping. Prob an easy fix but I'm stumped.

Need a kitchen tap swapped over. Old one has a leaking hose, have bought a replacement

11 meters of pvc to be installed. Existing drain to be removed. Rubbish can remain on site. Start at the top of the stairs as per photo. Run into the existing drain at the bottom. I can provide all material including Pipe, concrete plus ozito hammer drill. Gas Pipe may need to be Re installed to allow for new pvc pipe installation but I don't think so. Not a hard job, I could do myself if time permitted except for the gas. 4-5 hours. $65 + an hour. Make it $650 if the gas needs to be moved. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 12 March 2024

Need new fridge connected to water line. Hose will have to go under floor boards as fridge is on other side of kitchen to sink.

We bought our new house a few months ago. We found some liquid leaking out of the under the house. We realised the previous owners had covered over a hole in the waste pipe and as the drain was blocked, waste water was leaking out of the hole and out into the front yard. We need a plumber to unblock the drain, fix the hole, and put a plumbing hole in place so it can be opened and accessed in the future. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024

when flushing the toilet with paper, the water comes out of the drain. when flushing with no toilet paper, there is no issues. seems like a blockage issue. - Due date: Flexible
