The shower's temperature doesn't regulate. It's either too hot or too cold, and during the shower, the temperature keeps fluctuating. I reckon there is problem with the water mixer in the shower as I’ve tried to use the bath and there is no problem with the temperature (the same with the laundry taps).

I just had my washer reconnected and they tell me that the drainage pipe has broken. Not at home to send a picture unfortunately but it is a common size drainage pipe from an LG washer to the drain and it just needs to be replaced. It’s the standard distance about 30 cm or less. once connected and tested there is a white laundry shelf to move back into position. Picture now attached. A drainage hose is leaking where it attaches to the lower right washer.

Leakage in the showerbath may be contributing to the ceiling water leak of the below apartment. It is unclear just how far the leaks have gone into the tiles. Please provide an assessment of the extent of the leak, and what is required to fix this issue. Thank you Johnny

Hi and my washing machine so got a hose that has a slit through it so the water is leaking up onto the tiles. I didn’t think it was a problem as there is a drain hole and I thought the water went down, but now have noticed it’s more gone into the wall and the carpet. I need somebody to please take a look at the hose, go to Bunnings and get another one and install it.

check and install a new dish washer in office, It is unboxed and tested once, but the pipe seems not working now. Must be licensed.
