The fridge has experienced multiple instances of water leakage. As a bottom-mount model, the water originates from within the freezer compartment, forming a puddle on the kitchen floor every few days.

I am getting some carpentry to install a dishwasher, and will be installing a new sink to the left of the existing drainpipe, in order to fit in a slim dishwasher on the right. I want to check that the existing drainpipe can be completely out of the way before I proceed with the carpentry. Need to replace the toilet seat

Hi the valve attached to my toilet is leaking. Not sure what is causing it. I would also need to install a bidet. I have a bidet but not sure if I have the right splitters.

Slow draining bathtub and bathroom sink. Sink may also have a leak in pipe underneath (moisture present). Bad smell sometimes comes from sink when used. Would also like to replace shower head with a simple water saver head.

I require a plumber to remove and old rusted out laundry tub and replace with new tub and tap wear. New tub and tap wear already purchased. Job to be completed by 3rd Aug if possible.
