Hi, Looking for a qualified plumber to fix my leaking shower which I believe is being caused by the hot water tap (won’t fully spin closed). I also would like to re-silicone/fresh waterproof around my tub. Flexible on date.

The kitchen mixer tap in my apartment doesn’t provide hot water anymore (the bathroom tap and shower still do) and the pressure is not great. It’s an upstairs apartment with gas water heating system in a heritage building

The fridge has experienced multiple instances of water leakage. As a bottom-mount model, the water originates from within the freezer compartment, forming a puddle on the kitchen floor every few days.

I am getting some carpentry to install a dishwasher, and will be installing a new sink to the left of the existing drainpipe, in order to fit in a slim dishwasher on the right. I want to check that the existing drainpipe can be completely out of the way before I proceed with the carpentry. My apartment toilet @Ashfield, NSW needs the valve to be replaced: - Order a New Geberit Side Inlet Filling Valve ( I can buy it in Bunnings - cost 28$) - Replacement of valve with New Geberit Side Inlet Filling Valve. - disconnect from water supply - remove existing inlet valve - clean and prepare cistern to fit new part - Install new valve, restore water supply and test for leaks

Need to replace the toilet seat

Hi the valve attached to my toilet is leaking. Not sure what is causing it. I would also need to install a bidet. I have a bidet but not sure if I have the right splitters.

Slow draining bathtub and bathroom sink. Sink may also have a leak in pipe underneath (moisture present). Bad smell sometimes comes from sink when used. Would also like to replace shower head with a simple water saver head.

Our hot water system is no longer heating the water as effectively as it used to

My outdoor kitchen sink isn't draining. After running the tap on full for about 20 seconds the sink starts filling up. Once I stop the water it takes a long time to drain out. There is an easy access point to the pipeline to the sewer if necessary (see pictures) I would prefer if you could come on a Monday or Friday.
