Need to refit waste water pipe to water tank. Tank base seems to have settled and pipe doesn’t quite connect anymore.

I have an outdoor pool shower that needs to be hooked up to hot and cold water. The piping will be connected to the nearest sink which is a laundry about 3 metres away.

Washer needs replacing on leaking tap in bathroom

The toilet valve might need adjustment as it keeps running after flushing. Also, the mechanism that enables the soft clothes on the toilet lid isn’t working and likely needs tightening. This is happening on all three toilets.

Add a garden tap in front yard, existing water pipe shown in photo. I have a retractable garden horse reel, would like it to be fixed near the new tap

Purchased new plumbed fridge and now need to upgrade the existing water hose! One is already in place that runs from kitchen sink, through kitchen cabinetry and into the fridge cavity (estimated 5-6m length). Flexible with date but ideally would like it completed within the next week.

Need Plumber to quote, rough in to finish, relocating kitchen to rear wall shared with bath plumbing. Kitchen will have sink supply and drain, fridge water tap, and dishwasher supply and drain. Bath will become ensuite of 3/4 original size and toilet room of 1/4 size (1/2 bathroom). Ensuite will have bathtub supply and drain, sink supply and drain, and toilet. 1/2 bathroom toilet room will have toilet and sink with supply and drain. Last items is the hot water heater in the garage laundry needs to be moved from room into garage (just on other side of internal wall) then laundry sink and washer supplies and drains put in new in existing room. See plan photo for original layout with bath changed and kitchen to rear wall. Plumbing and electrical chase will be created on rear wall as needed.

We have just removed our pool deck to find a cracked stormwater elbow. I have purchased the replacement and glue but need someone to replace this. We can’t get the old one off - I’m sure there is a skill to it!

Replace cooktop gas jets on Smeg. I have the required replacement jets from Smeg. Install new regulator underneath for natural gas cooktop. I have the Smeg regulator. Replace cistern tap for a toilet. I have the tap. The brass thread requires reducing to fit the tap flush with wall.

The job is 2 replace 2 leaking taps in an apartment with new taps. One tap is in the kitchen and the other is in the laundry. I have the new kitchen and laundry taps ready to be installed to replace existing.

Disconnect plumbing services to cracked vanity top Remove vanity top Supply and install 900 mm x 460 mm single left offset bowl (to be purchased) Secure vanity top into position Supply and install RAM chrome basin mixer Connect water supplies to mixer Install sink plug outlet and trap Apply silicone seal to vanity perimeter

Hot Water system not turning on

I need a plumber to shorten this water lines. Total 4 water lines. I can do it my self but don't have the tool for it. Must be on Tuesday 10 September. See attached photos

We have dual sinks in the main bathroom. They both have those awful pop-up drain plugs. Need to swap them out for standard plug and waste trap. Don't have the time or skills to do myself. Would require purchase of parts too (additional to price quoted herein)

Toilet seat is provided, bathtub pop up drain cover needs to be purchased the suitable one from the reece and drain cover in the bathroom sink needs to be resealed

Area of guttering at the back of the house that continuously leaks. I’ve had it looked at previously and I’ve tried everything to stop it from leaking. The guttering isn’t level, water pools at the place where it leaks, I can’t fix it and it’s annoying to have puddles of water in a covered area every time it rains!

Inspect and clean stormwater pipe. Approx 25m run from the house to the connection at the back.
