the cold water pipe in living room wall is bursting, had leak detector investigate the leak, they have found the leaking point, just need the pipe to be fixed/replaced

Tank leaks a little bit when full. Needs fixing.

We are doing a Reno, I need the Gas cooktop pipework/outlet moved to the other side of the room (2.5 meters away), and in the laundry i need the washing machine water connection moved to under the sink (remove old connection and relocate under the trough or add to existing) - Due date: Before Sunday, 22 January 2023

Work required: 1. Constant slow leak in ensuite toilet - require assessment and fix the issue to stop the leak. 2. Musty smell in both main & ensuite bathrooms. The smell is not constant in one room, it seems to alternate between the two bathrooms, which makes me think it’s a drain issue. There is no blockage as the water runs freely. I’ve tried to clean out the drains with baking soda & vinegar, but the smell still returns. The drains (shower, bath, basin) might need a flush out? Note: 1.
