Toilet exhaust fan at my shop isn’t working and needs fixing.

Our water tap in backyard is dripping out water when turned on. A previous plumber noted that this was likely because the pipes were rusted (it’s an old villa unit). The job would be to either clear out blockage or if rust, replace the rusted pipe

Toilets not flushing properly. Water keeps flowing and not refilling cistern. Working from home for the next couple of days so flexible on times asap

The tap in my back garden is extremely weak and has poor flow. It’s an old property so assuming the rust is blocking water flow. Either needs to replace some pipes or find way to remove blockage.

Our kitchen sink is blocked. Water not draining down. Tried the unblocking products, but didnt work.

Need to diagnose and fix water leak which most recently occurred with heavy rain a month or so ago, and was dripping from the ceiling below this dormer window/skyloght section. Issue has been ongoing for many years without anyone find and fixing properly. Note the skylights were installed a few years ago and the leak was present even before that, so while they may be contributing, water was also getting in prior. Need to flood test after rectification works.

Hot and cold water connection and pumped drain connection to be done for pedicure chair. Back side walls are brick wall and toilet basin is nearly 7 meters away

The cold water tap under the sink is too close to the waste water pipe for the new dishwasher hose to fit. Toilet continues to slowly fill and run over. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 16 November 2023
